Every photo here was lit on purpose: a hard shadow through a blind, a red gel across the eyes, or the last twenty minutes of sun on a beach. Nothing gets fixed in post that could have been fixed on set.
How it works, in four steps
You approve the plan before the shoot day. After that, we simply carry it out.

Brief
A short call, or the booking form. We agree what you need, the look you want and where the photos will be used, before any price is given.

Direction
Example photos, notes on styling and a lighting plan. For outdoor shoots we check the location first and agree a backup in case of rain.
- 03
Shoot day
We follow the plan, and you see photos on the camera as we go. Nothing is a surprise later.
- 04
Edit & handover
You get a first set of photos in 48 hours. The finished, edited set follows within the time your package says, in a private online gallery, sized for print and for social media.

Mostly about editing, how long it takes, and what to wear. If your question is not here, ask the assistant in the corner.
Enough to remove a distraction, never enough to change how someone looks. Stray hairs, a spot that will be gone next week, a crease in the backdrop: those come out. Your face, your skin and your shape stay as they are. If you want heavier editing, tell us before the shoot and we will price it separately.
You get a first set of unedited photos within 48 hours of the shoot. The finished, edited set follows in five working days. Wedding galleries take ten to fourteen days because there are far more photos. If you need them faster, rush delivery in 24 hours is available as an add-on.
Plain colours work better than busy patterns, and matte fabrics better than shiny ones. Bring two or three options and we will choose on the day based on the light. For teams, sticking to one colour family looks better than a strict uniform. We send a short styling note with every booking.
You get a licence and Dee keeps the copyright. That is normal for this kind of work. Every package includes a personal use licence: you can keep the files, print them and post them on your own accounts. Commercial use is not included. That means adverts, brand promotion, paid social and billboards, or anything a company runs to sell something. Tell us before you book and we will price it with everything else. Raw files are not included unless the package says so.
Anywhere within 30 km of Accra is included in the price. Beyond that it is ₵6.00 per kilometre, plus travel and accommodation at cost if we need to stay overnight. Weddings outside Greater Accra are priced individually, so send the date and venue and we will work it out.
Indoor shoots are not affected. For outdoor shoots we decide by 6pm the evening before. Either we move to the next agreed date at no extra cost, or we shoot anyway with a covered backup spot in the plan. Cloudy weather is good light for portraits, so it is less of a problem than people expect.

The booking form takes about two minutes and gets you a firmer number than a phone call would. If you'd rather just talk it through, the line is open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
